    Greg Peacock is a former councillor for Pennywell and South Hylton who has led campaigns to regenerate the South Hylton riverside and to stop Sunderland City Council placing a bail hostel in the middle of Pennywell. He is a strong local champion and seeks to return to the Council to give local people a strong, proactive voice.
